One of the must do's: eat brunch at Le Madeleine.

Aaaaand, this is where it starts to get a bit sketchy. We gradually rolled into Austin, after having pulled off the San Marcos outlets exit only to get right back on the next on-ramp without even pressing on the breaks, and we found this lovely little marina!

...then we hopped back into the car and drove around the neighborhoods. We looked at property (in typical Freeman fashion) and found a vacant lot, no house... i repeat... no house on it... and it was $650,000. So we ventured a little deeper into the gated communities and found some gorgeous houses that we estimated were worth about 2.5 million. And all the while, Chloe and I are shooting pictures like mad in the back seat... a little bored.

...dinner was originally supposed to be some Tex-Mex place in Austin, then turned to possibly some good steaks (I threw out the idea of Ruth's Chris :) and then we all happily decided to eat at Buca di Beppo, since they don't have one in San Antonio...

...then we finally made it home at like 10:30 last night, ate some cake and ice cream, and called it a day!!
